• As each set requires special panel selection, additional hinges, bases and customised packing, it will not be packed in our standard DreamNest carton.

Each customised-size playpen is specially prepared according to the size selected in your order. Therefore, change-of-mind returns, exchanges and size changes are not accepted after the order has been prepared.

Please ensure that the selected size and your mat measurements are correct before completing your purchase.
