Refund Policy

All purchases are not refundable but exchangeable.

Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods for exchanges.To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please do not send back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
You only allow to exchange for new item with higher (balance need to be top up) or same price as your current item. There will not be any refund for any balance amount for any exchange.

If you need to made an exchange, please send us an email at support@raab.com.sg for an appointment. Please do not visit our office or warehouse directly without an appointment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchange.

Shipping (if applicable)
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will also be your responsibility.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any lost item.

All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval.
